5 Oct 2022 - Added description of Russian Tactical Nuclear Weapons (1 Kt - 2.5 Kt) both missile and artillery systems headed for Ukraine, including nuclear blast yield (blast radius and expected fatalities). LATEST RUMINT: Russia has 1,912 nonstrategic (tactical) warheads. Russian Navy has 935 warheads, Air Force has 500 warheads and Army has the remaining. The last (known) artillery projectiles (3BV3) were produced in 1990 and have a shelf life of 10 years.
