The goal of this study was to look at the elements that influence long-term supply chains management inside a Sri Lankan processing plant. The following 4 particular aims led the research: to investigate the impact of changing technology upon sustainable supply chains management through Sri Lankan tea production, to investigate the impact of supply chains operational processes upon sustainable supply chains management throughout Sri Lankan tea factory, to investigate the impact of inventory controlling practices upon sustainable supply chains management through Sri Lankan tea factory, and to analyze the influence of ecological policies upon sustainable supply chains management through Sri Lankan tea factory through Nyeri South Sub County. The study will use a descriptive surveys research approach. 20 individuals from the Sri Lankan tea factory were chosen for the target group. Because all of the targeted workers were approached for data gathering, the study used a census sample strategy. The targeted population received a self-administered, semi-structured questionnaires.
