Author: Bang, Brittany
Brittany Bang, a Boston native, is a bright, up-and-coming author, and now brings us her second book in the Little Mouse's Adventures series. Following the continued success of Little Mouse's Adventures at Fenway Park, Brittany now takes us on a journey, with Little Mouse, all throughout Boston, sharing her love for her home town and all the history and education it affords. With over ten years of sales, marketing and business management experience, she continues to combine her author talent with her corporate talent, as Manager of Marketing & New Business at 360 Public Relations. Prior to joining the agency world, Brittany worked for the Boston Red Sox in their Client Services Department, where she managed the Corporate Legends Suite at Fenway Park, among many other marketing responsibilities. Brittany has also worked for the Ben & Jerry s company, where she served on both the corporate and franchise level. In the spring of 2010, Brittany embarked on a new adventure and opened her own retail store on historic Newbury Street. She saw many successes over three years, including several awards for her retail business and her commitment to the local community. The highlight was being awarded one of the Top Ten Businesses in Boston by Boston Magazine for her engagement in the business community and her extensive charitable and rescue work with animals. After being forced to close Audrey s due to an extreme rent increase, Brittany took on the challenge of forming her own non-profit, Audrey s Rescue Angels. She authored and self-published a coffee table book, Rescue Pets of Boston. 100% of the book s proceeds go directly back to animal charities. Brittany is an ambassador for shopping locally and the significant role small businesses play in the community. She and her husband, Brad, are the parents to Jackson, their dog, Kendall, two cats, Yogi and Tess, and a chinchilla, Bella.
