The philosophy of law as its name implies, normally proceeds from the stand point of the discipline of philosophy which deals with the legal and cultural aspects of human beings. The purpose of this study is to explain the philosophical inquiiy in to the laws which implied in the society that will harmonize with the demand of human culture. The philosophy of law as a branch of philosophy concerned with the philosophical problems that affects human existence and the deeper significance of human activity. In the evolution of human civilization, the law has its place for human culture which insists that existing human values to be protected. Thus every culture has its definite postulates of law and it is the duty of the society to shape the ideas of men in their freedom, responsibility and obligation which are paramount to law.
