Big meals were a big tradition in the Macon home. We celebrated each holiday or family gathering "BIG." Whether it was watching a sporting event, celebrating a birthday or graduation or just Sunday Night's dinner we always finished the meal with some type of dessert. Recipes have been passed down from one generation to another. Have you ever fought with your siblings over who was going to get the bowl and spoon once your mom made the cake?
