John Wood is an internationally-recognized poet, writer and historian of photography. Wood holds professorships in both English Literature and Photographic History at McNeese University in Lousiana, where he is Director of Fine Arts Program in Creative Writing. He is the author of several prize-winning books of poetry and photographic criticism and is editor of 21st: The Journal of Contemporary Photography.
